Sushi King, Muar

On 29th May, i was asked by Wee Harn and Ben for lunch.
At first wanted to have Teppanyaki, but ended up wit Sushi King.
Teppanyaki's appearance is not that nice as i thought.

Still not that bad huh, Muar first Sushi King wtf.

Rockstar City Karaoke

On the night of 27th May, me and my friends went for sing k session.
This is a brand new and finally a 'healthy' karaoke at my hometown, Muar.
It is located nearby the traffic light of Pesta, Jln Bakri. The new shop lots.

This is the front view of the karaoke.
From the grand opening until now the car is always full until now.

The registration to be made before u go in.
Interior is still not bad man, for muar. haha.

The room we took is located at upstairs.

Room 22. It's surrounded by concrete wall without any sound proof equipment.
and hence, the sound proof was quite under average. We could barely hear the bass of songs beside our room. These retards played clubbing song in the K room. Wonder they know how to rap the english songs? Or maybe just treat it as cheap club? :P

There's only an average size LCD located in front.
Anyway, the room is still okay. Everything new. Can't blame much tho.

and we can choose the songs by using the touch screen provided.
It's kind of impressive. Not a bad one in Muar.
But, the songs aren't enough and not new enough as what we thought.

Each of us get 2 beverage for free, and the coupon valid for one month.
Drink was okay for my Green Tea, but my friends claimed that the orange juice had no taste. :P

We paid RM23 for 3 hours.

The Industry Disgrace

On tuesday afternoon, my dad gave me a call.
'U bought anything online again?' and i said no.
'It's a camera stripes!' and now oh ya!
Now i realized maybe is my dear kassie postage parcel to me.

My first ever Crumpler stuff, the industry disgrace.
Back home on thursday afternoon and quickly have a look inside the parcel.

The real suprise is inside came along with a card.
With a 'kassie-lookalike' dolls on it..haha!

My new ride

Today is Wesak day, means it's gonna be a back-home weekend i assume?
Are you back to your hometown too? So do I, back to Muar around 1.30pm.

Today gonna talk about my new ride.
As mentioned in my previous post, my parents recently bought me a new ride.
which is Toyota Vios TRD. Love it so much!
Here's some photos about it.

The toyota logo at the front, and have you notice the facelift different with previous model?
It's chrome now.

The front part, TRD comes with skirting, sportlight and etc.
Not to forget the signal indicator at the side mirror there.

Love this red font, it's cool for me. :D

Anyway, thats a little update from me today.
Still can't believe that i've actually changed a new car.
It's just like in dream, seriously. haha..

My childhood

Jay Chou had unveiled his childhood stories thru Channel New Asia.
Touched me and i feel the same as him though.
Kassie says that she thought of me when she read about this news.

"he regretted not paying more attention in school",

I'm regretted too, when i was in secondary school, the only memory that left for myself is how we spend our time during the Scout, Installation, Tuition and etc.
To be frankly, i studied in Boys school aka Gay School as so many people would say that.
Still remember that i was once feel so shy when talked to girls. haha..
But, i'm not regretting that how i played last time but could equally spend time on my studies too.

And both of my parents are teachers too. haha..
It was so stressful whenever it comes to exam last time.
Dad was a physics and additional math teacher, it was so upset myself when i got B4 for both of my subjects during my SPM time years ago.
Unspoken feeling though. =/

The only things that i'm different with Jay Chou was..
When i was in very down moment, i used to talked to my own, but not piano.
Growing up in the environment makes me a little strange?
I used to heard that i'm strange from my little girlfren, kas. haha..
Maybe to you guys also? I'm strange anyway. Ok fine.

Lonely, is for sure. Who I can talk to during my childhood time?
The happiest moment is weekend hang out at my grandma house.
Lotsa of cousins to play with, but it's gone now. No longer the happy grandma hse.

Anyway, it's not that single son in the house is the bad things tho.
My toys are own by me, my lappy own by myself too.
I've my own shirt, i've my bags, i've watever i want. haha..
Material satisfaction =)

And i feel the most important things is, you will never quarrel with your brother/sister.
Coz I dont have! and it's impossible to happens that what had happened in my grandma hse.
Kind of touching my heart when i was reading the article tho,
even when i m writing this, with Yiruma's song playing in my iTunes.

And No, i'm not blaming anything out here.
I love my parents. with heart. <3

Will be collecting in a while at Toyota branch. woot!

想要用华语来写这篇。。
时间过的好快好快，就这样。。到了星期六的夜晚。。
也就是说明天我就要回到那个不属于我的地方。。
是我笨，我承认。。之前，以为读了，想要就这样毕业。。
它还是废了我。。

很多人都惊讶吧，哈哈。。不是说毕业了吗？没有。。我废了一科。。
那为什么不要 resit 就好了？因为怕自己读，会再废。。
倒不如 retake 不是更好吗？

到现在什么都还没收拾，真的很不想再回去，很不想很不想。。
可以怎样？告诉自己星期四很快就可以回来了。。
啊不然，真的受不了，就星期一晚上回来，星期四再回去上课，上完了再回来。。

Pre-graduation trip, Redang Island. Day II

.... early in the morning, we woke up at 8am and had the breakfast until 9am.

The breakfast wasn't bad and i'd enjoyed alot with my fella friends. Good job Reef!

So after breakfast we quickly got prepare for our Snorkeling session on 09.30am.

So around that time, there was an alarm to alert all the people that going to snorkeling.

We then enjoyed our snorkeling session, it was at the Marine Park.

No photos for snorkeling as i don't have guts to put my dSLR to the water haha!

Came back around 12pm for the lunch. Oh ya, i hurt my leg during the time in Marine Park.

After some rest, some of them went back to sleep.

7 of us decided not to waste our time to sleep in Redang and take some photos.

Retake

I never thought i would come back to this college to study anymore.

Eventho the Analogue Electronics paper was kinda tough to me.

Until i called Foeat office to confirm that i failed the paper,

and they give me to resit / retake the paper.

I choose retake, there's 40% coursework including.

This is my firse ever retake paper, damn no face right.

Last chance for me, hope it will be the right choice.

Mood spoilt down whenever i think of this retard decision.

If resit i've no confidence to study better than before, and it's very tough.

I need guidance, i need lecturer to teach me, refresh my noob brain memory.

So, i'll be back INTI few days more, one week later perhaps.

Back to the basketball court, back to the lecture class, back to the apartment.

Seriously INTI, i hate you to the max.

Foeat, i hate you too.

Going to commit suicide if i fail this paper again.

I'm serious.

Pre-graduation trip, Redang Island. Day I

I just returned to Muar from Redang Island.

Was having my Pre-graduation trip with my fellow classmates.

Quickly write this post out before i forget the details. Hehe.

Other entries will be written after my Redang Trip

Anyway, me and another 9 friends gathered at PWTC bus station at 9pm.

Took Transnational bus all the way to Kuala Terengganu.

At first Freeman checked the schedule of the bus website it stated 5 and half hours.

Ended up we reached Kuala Terengganu bus station at around 0530am.

The bus is not as comfort as what we thought earlier, still acceptable tho.

The driver from travel agency fetch us at around 6am and rest at their agency until 0730am. My pictures helps me to talk now then.

We then lepak at the streets there to had our breakfast.

Was advised by a passerby to take care my dSLR coz alot of snatch thief around.

So, around 7.30am we were able to get to the jetty.

Reach jetty around 8smth and the speed boat get us at around 9smth.

The boat was seriously very jumping and not comfort, again.

Approx 1 hour jouney, we saw the blue green sea water and we reached Redang Island!

We arrived on the Reef Resort jetty.

A hot day and strong sun. Not a bad news thou.

Good for snorkeling and playing water.

Arranged our check-in procedure and then put our luggages inside the room.

Our room was 'I' and 'H'. After 5 minutes of resting, i rushed out to the beach for photos.

As before, the photos of myself :)

It's actually the own beach for Redang Reef Resort? hehe

I like this, the emo feel.

What I've busy for the past few months

As title, this is what i've busy for the past few months.

I'm consider graduated from my Uni life!

Hiding in Muar to enjoy my life. =)

The thesis, for my final year project.

The side, as shown it was my Bachelor Degree in Engineering. =D

and this is part of my project, Over Speed Indicator.

It prevents over speeding by reducing the speed automatically and also limit down the fuel flow by solenoid.

It was a success i feel.

Special thanks for my friends, John and Julian for the help, ideas, suggestions.

Anyways, i'm just got back from Redang Island from 21-23 April.

Our pre-graduation trip. Will be posting for photo soon.

Fiio E1 Review

Sometimes when I'm listening to my beloved iPod and the IEM,
I feel that my IEM (In Ear Monitor) is not that powerful enough for basshead like me.
When i read about the Fiio headphone amplifier from forum, i've decided to give it a try.
Basically it has 4 types of them, which is E1 (RM70), E3 (RM35), E5 (RM80) and E7 (RM200+).

Tried E5 which i borrowed from friend, not bad to pair with my razer pro|tone.
Read a details review from ClieOS from http://www.inearmatters.net/
From his review, E1 is almost have the same SQ with E5.
E1 is specially design for ipod and iphone with the dock connection.
According to some forumer, E1 bypass the built-in amplifier in ipod which caused the bad SQ.
Sounds not bad, so i've chosen E1 over E5 because of the volume control.
With the price RM70 + RM6 postage. I've received it within 1 day after payment.

When you take it out from the parcel, the box stated wit E1.
Not a bad design tho, just that the box isn't attractive enough.
Simple and clean.

This is what you get when u purchased an E1. ipod is not included of course.

The dock which special made for ipod/iphone.

The volume/next/pause/play control button.
Which is giving me a very plastic feel. Not that solid for me.
The silver button is not metal also, tested.

A clip for you to clip on your shirt or whateva shit you want. :P

Verdict
For the price, couldn't expect much from the amplifier.

Little improvement of bass after i plug into my ipod Nano 3G.
Volume can turn louder.
Controller makes convenient.
If your ori file of song having noise, it will be even significant when connected to E1

Overall, is still not bad for this small portable amplifier.
As i mentioned, couldn't expect much for this price :)
I've tested it with ipod nano paired with razer pro|tone.
This verdict is based on what i've tested now,

As ClieOs mentioned in his review @ LYN

E1 is what I consider to be the better of the three. It does what an amp is suppose to do, add more power and control without adding much of its own character. That is what people refer as being 'transparent' - it is there to do its job but has minimum impact to the sound signature. I would think if you can't feel any change from adding E1 to an iPod, it is either 1) your headphone doesn't benefit much from the extra power and control, 2) your headphone isn't good enough to reveal the difference, 3) you are unable to detect the change even it is there, 4) you don't think the change is that significant, or 5) combination of any of the first 4 factors.

I think i should change a better headphone soon. haha.
Anyone share your experience for any other portable amplifier?

E1's ipod dock blocked my "hold" button below my nano 3G, you can't switch it off when u turned on. It's kind of blocking. E5 don't have such problem as it's connecting to 3.5mm audio jack instead of dock.
E1's voice controller is cool, E5 doesn't have controller.
